Digital Red River has just started the hunt for a new junior Service Desk professional to join our team, supporting a wide range of customers' technical environments across an even broader range of technologies.

This will be a very hands-on role - you'll be working with our customers a lot. You will work on opportunities, consulting, designing, recommending and informing. We are looking for a highly intelligent and motivated person, capable of hearing the customer and know just what it is that will best meet their needs. The perfect candidate for this role will join a team of highly specialized consultants and technical experts. To suit this role, you will have substantial experience working with a range of client scales (sub 50 up to 1000+ seats) and possess consulting competence in areas including IT design, IT infrastructure, application specification, security, technology resourcing and operations.

If you at the top of your game in a MSP, MSSP or integrator and are looking for the next big step, this could be it. Rather than give you a long list of wants, we'll keep this brief. The following four things are non-negotiables:

1. You must have history and demonstrable competence delivering outstanding advice within a large MSP, MSSP, integrator or other service providing IT business
2. You must be able to demonstrate success consulting and advising with mid scale clients across a range of industries and market verticals

4. You must have a driving passion for helping people understand and use technology within their business.
